College Athlete Mentorship Program
The College Athlete Mentorship Program (CAMP) by ASPACE is a camp that will accelerate the professional development of collegiate student-athletes in their final two years of eligibility, preparing them for success beyond their sport before they leave school. Below our model is explained and the components that will proctor the program’s entirety. We plan to launch this program in 2025.
Our Model
We aim to identify exceptional Division I Student-Athletes, evenly distributed with women and men, who meet our specific criteria. Those candidates will then be submersed into our accelerated internship program in Atlanta and shadow a career professional with a company that is in correlation with the major they are studying or have keen interest in.
Intern, Train, Connect
Throughout the CAMP program, participants will not only engage in an intensive internship but will also maintain their athletic training for the upcoming season. They will have the privilege of working with our esteemed staff, comprised of former players, coaches, and current players and coaches. Additionally, our program offers access to some of the nation's best skills trainers. This unique blend of expertise provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their skills, gain valuable insights, and receive an education on the intricacies of what it takes to be a career professional whether its on or off the court.
CAMP is dedicated to fostering holistic development through a comprehensive approach. Our program will feature skill-building workshops & enriched insights from distinguished guest speakers nightly. These workshops are designed to impart crucial life skills, including but not limited to leadership, time management, mental resilience, and career development.

As previously mentioned, we are set to inaugurate this program in 2025. Meanwhile, our team will tirelessly engage in reaching out to companies in the city of Atlanta to forge partnerships that will facilitate the connections of our selected student-athletes with accelerated internship opportunities, along with fundraising. We firmly believe that athletes possess unparalleled qualities, such as exceptional work ethic and adept management of workloads, making them prime candidates for entry-level corporation jobs but because of the time commitment to collegiate sports, they don’t get the time to showcase this.
